In this experiential workshop you will learn a complementary and alternative healing process that accesses, determines, and heals the negative and repressed emotions and self-destructive thoughts that the Inner Child and Adult have unconsciously stored in their mental/emotional energy systems. The healing and integration of the Inner Child and Adult results in immediate peace of mind, creative productivity, clarity, and joy.

This course can address some of the following issues:

• Dysfunctional Family and Co-dependence
• Core Issues: Control-Attachment
• Stress Disorder Syndrome

Yhandi’s Inner Light is a four-session process for healing the Inner Child/Adult that can happen in a four day block or over two weekends. The individual will receive therapeutic counseling during treatment as well as be able to identify root causes associated with one’s faulty thoughts. Additionally, some issues may require an additional healing session in which case we offer post-treatment follow-ups known as Skim Sessions. Skim Sessions are one-time sessions used to specifically address a reoccurring thought that may need a bit more attention.
