Healing Your Elemental Village

From the moment we wake up, to the moment we fall asleep, each person treats 70,000 thoughts a day. Within those thoughts, have you ever wondered how many are conscious thoughts? How many are positive thoughts? Our thoughts create feelings that lead to our reactions and responses, as well as behaviours and actions. We tend to react unconsciously based on our thought patterns. In other words, our thoughts are impacting our lives and our mental, emotional and physical bodies.

In order to better understand this better, let’s imagine each of our emotion as an elemental, and each of us would have an elemental village of our own. These unconscious reactive selves are villains, they are here to take over our joy and freedom in life. On the other hand, instead of filling our elemental village with villains, we can replace them with some heroes with the help of our healing and new awareness.

A few examples of villains that are commonly found in our elemental village are Bitter Barry (who always bitter and replies with acidic answers), Frightened Felix (who is always in fear), Complaining Sissy (who chronically complains and is never satisfied), Doubting Thomas (who never believes in anything and always tries to cast doubt on others and even worse, themselves), Ragging Ronnie (who is always yelling and acts aggressively), Controlling Fart (who must always be in control of every situation in their lives or sometimes even trying to control others around them)….. can you realize any of them who may be living in your elemental village, or perhaps know someone who might have these elementals in their village?

Through the healing process, I realized that the main villains in my elemental village is Controlling Fart. I am a perfectionist after all. With a few rounds of having Entura Art drawings and discovery, I release the Controlling Fart. It took me a good part of my self-healing through Entura Art and RoHun to understand that the end of a process means I now have the awareness, but it doesn’t mean the Controlling Fart has left my elemental village for good. In fact, quite the opposite, and that is where and when we come across test and challenges in life.

Soon after I went through the process, we had to travel. The journey included a 2.5 hours car ride, as well as checking in at the airport. Soon after we hit the road, we were caught in traffic. On top of that, I started to have a stomach ache and had to urgently and desperately use the bathroom. That means we had to make a stop and slow the journey down further. Everything from red traffic lights to slow traffic are inviting Controlling Fart into my consciousness. I admit that there were irritating thoughts like “we should have left earlier” to worrying about missing the flight, cannot go back to work the next day etc etc. but I was observing them instead of feeding them. I realize that there is nothing I can do. When we arrived the airport, the shuttle bus ride was slow, and the security line was super long. I know that being impatient, nervous or blaming anyone is not going to help the situation. My healing is working as I am receiving this challenge.

Despite all the challenges, we made it to the gate on time. Instead of investing my energy into the “what ifs” or any negative emotions, I chose to stay at the present moment. Joe has been unusually calm too, I understand that he was also in an awareness that allowed him to face the situation with peace and at ease.

This is the freedom we have, when we have the awareness from a healing. Though not an awful or dangerous situation, I experienced the joy of overcoming a little obstacle with the man I love. This was also our first time to flying together on an airplane.
